Frequently asked questions
How do I save content from another app?
Open any app (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Safari, Pinterest, etc.), tap the Share button, and choose nudgio. A quick-save sheet will appear. Tap Save. That's it — under 5 seconds, every time. If nudgio doesn't appear in your Share Sheet, scroll to the end of the sharing options and tap "More" to pin it to your favorites.
How does the AI search work?
nudgio's search understands natural language. You don't need to remember the exact title. Try things like "that salmon recipe with honey" or "the ab workout the Australian girl did." The AI matches your query against titles, descriptions, tags, and summaries across all your saves.
What is This Week?
This Week is your action board. Pin up to 5 saves you actually want to do this week — a recipe, a workout, an AI tool to try. Once a week, on the day and time you choose, nudgio sends you one gentle nudge to check in. Mark things done to grow your streak.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your saves are yours. We don't show ads, we don't track what you save, and we don't sell data. All data is stored in the EU (Supabase, AWS eu-west-1) with encryption at rest and in transit. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
Open nudgio → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm twice. Everything gets removed — your profile, saves, collections, and all associated data. The action is irreversible.
I'm having trouble signing in. What should I do?
Try these steps: (a) make sure you have an active internet connection, (b) if using magic link, check your spam folder for an email from noreply@nudgio.one, (c) try a different sign-in method (Apple, Google, or magic link). If you still can't sign in, email hello@nudgio.one with your email address and we'll help directly.
Why is nudgio currently called "nudgio one" in the App Store?
The name "nudgio" is currently under trademark review. While that process completes, the app is listed as "nudgio one" in the App Store. Everything inside the app — and in all our communication — is just nudgio. Same product, same team.
